Talk Talk come out even worse than BT in reliability and customer care. I have always avoided them with a bargepole!

I understand they keep you on the phone for 90 minutes when you try to cancel a Sky package. On a premium number of course! But I have to say that I got rid of them much quicker than that - no more than ten minutes. And I used 'say no to 0870' to obtain a free number.

As Buddy Holly once sang "Baby I don't care" (as did Elvis) but then again "It doesn't matter anymore"
