After some info, if anybody knows of any downloads to insert emoticons in the above e mail program I would be grateful for any links

There was something, but I can't remember what it was called!  

All I do, Hookstar, is save all the ones I like in one folder.  You can soon built up a library, and if you want to use one in a e-mail, just use the Insert function.

In the meantime, I'll try to remember what the other thing was called.

There's this one, which is only a trial version, or this one, which is free, but quite old now.  Not tried either myself, so hopefully some more suggestions may be forthcoming.
