Mary Berry is to leave as a judge on The Great British Bake Off when it moves to Channel 4, but Paul Hollywood is to remain.

Channel 4 is looking more ridiculous by the day.  And the losers are Bake Off fans, Channel 4 and Love Productions.  The BBC will just employ Mary Berry etc in a new show.

I can't see what all the fuss is about.  People will still be able to watch it on C4.  If it had gone to a non- terrestrial channel, I would have understood the furore.

But C4 has adverts so you lose the erm "excitement" at each commercial break

I've never seen it either Dave.  Cooking is more fun than watching someone else do it.  My logic also applies to all forms of sport.

I'd agree although I draw the line at Triathlons and such like and watch from the safety of the armchair
