Keeping Fit…
An elderly lady was telling her friend that she had recently joined an aerobics class for seniors at the local fitness centre.
“How did it go?” asked the friend.
“Well, I bent, I twisted, I turned, I jumped up and down and I perspired for half an hour, but by the time I had finally got my leotard on, the class had ended.”

True story - I started yoga classes in an attempt to improve my fitness.  The class started with a position called 'the corpse' which was effectively laying flat on your back and doing nothing.  Thirty minutes later the instructor woke me up and told me it was time to go home.

I'm sure it was money well spent Gill!  A neighbour who is age 86 is a yoga fan and looks remarkably good for her age.
