Topic: Windows 10 May update

My May update became available today, August 1st.   Thankfully my PC Specialist machine still works!  But I don't know why we should be subjected to so much stress twice a year.

I've done all three 

No my name is not Gates but I just seem to like Microsoft and Windows 10.

I updated with no problems at all so what is there to moan about.

All the viruses i've ever had have been less damaging than a couple of updates i've had the misfortune to experience.

I've had to scrap two laptops because of Windows updates.

I've ruined one, and had to buy a new OS for a second one back in XP days. Which is why I hate windows 10 so much as it's nigh on impossible to fend off the updates for any length of time.

Microsoft have announced that in future they will issue minor security updates in the Autumn and major updates in the spring (once a year/every year) starting in October.

I've only just received my spring update!
