It should do, I read a bit back about Nero 6 having a facility for cutting the unwanted bits out like extra scenes and directors comments and crap like that, along with cutting extra languages and subtitles which werent needed to enable it to fit on one dvd too  :)

Of course, it must be said that we cannot condone the illegal copying of DVD films.  If you own the copyright, that's fine, and I think it's just about OK to back up your own DVDs, strictly for your own personal use.   ;)

Can I jump on board please to ask a few Qs as well  :)

I am having the same problem, have used DvD shrink and it wont play them, but it will play them on the House dvd player.

Also the same copy that I have originaly backed them up from won't work now, but will on the house dvd player, what am I doing wrong.

Sorry to hijack the thread but it seems we have the same problem  ;)

I assume its because you have the OEM version of Nero 6 that came with your DVD writer  ???
That article , and my version, is Nero Ultra and I have attached a screenshot of my Nero Express 6 which has a button at the bottom called "NERO" which switches from Nero Express to the Nero Burning Rom as described in the article  :(
I dont suppose that you have that option in your Nero Express do you ?

If you look at your Nero CD again, check and see if you have an option for ULTRA or NERO BURNING ROM on it as you may have only installed part of it, but I doubt it  :(
