Title: How do i get my normal colour settings back?
Post by: dakora on February 07, 2004, 15:01
I have a Viglin PC 4 years old with windows 98 on it. Somehow i have managed to change the colour settings on the screen via the "Control Panel" and "Display" icons.
The colour is now different with pictures showing up as lots of dots and lighter areas of pictures more pronounced.
Can anyone tell me how to get the colours back to normal?

You've probably gone down to 16 colours, Dakora.  Right click an empty area of your desktop, and choose Properties to enter Display Properties, then Settings, and change the Colour Quality (it might be called Colour Settings on 98) to 256 colours, or the best quality available.  Hopefully that will help.
