HERE (http://www.rojakpot.com/default.aspx?location=1)is a good source of information about BIOS settings .... all in one site

I think this is a must for everyone ... gives good info on nearly all BIOS settings, some you won't have others you will   .... so you need never be too afraid of the BIOS again
