You could always use Google Toolbar simple version  :)

Why do you want a separate pop up stopper if you've got Mozilla?  It's got one built in!  ::) :P

Edit > Preferences > Privacy and Security > Pop Up Windows > Tick to block unrequested pop up windows.

 :)

Oh, and Google Toolbar for IE doesn't work in Mozilla, but here's one (http://googlebar.mozdev.org/) that does.   ;)
