Hello and :welcome:
Full installation instructions can be found:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/q221/8/29.asp&NoWebContent=1 (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/q221/8/29.asp&NoWebContent=1)
You will probably want to create a bootdisk (to allow you to access the CD). These can be found over on www.bootdisk.com (http://www.bootdisk.com). Boot with the floppy disc in the floppy drive and the Win98 CD in the CD drive. When the machine boots then you can 'fdisk' your hard drive - to create partitions. Then format them and finally install Win98 from the CD.
As soon as you have got it installed - set up your internet connection and download all the patches :)
You may also want to download and install spybot, adaware, a virus scanner and a firewall.

As Dack says,
You need to start with a Windows 98 bootdisk from http://www.bootdisk.com
Also this link may be useful

Hope that helps

Just a hint, there's a 'Notification' button on here, which you can use to keep track of answers to your posts, if you're having trouble finding the thread again. :)
