Title: help with tutorials

hi i amnot sure where to put this because it is about software but i am asking for a website.. anyway

i have adobe photoshop 7 and dnt know very much.. do you know any good sites that have tutorials on.. i want to learn about layers,painting cars,changing the background but leaving the main picture,changing effects to make it look like cars are moving etc..

Hi Jonah, you should PM Stormy as I think he knows about all these things. BTW how many more names are you going to come up with. You could always try Judas  ;)
