Title: Dreamweaver MX
Post by: gav on April 27, 2004, 09:48
Hi i  have created a site using Dreamweaver mx. Its the first one ive don as you can tell.

What i need to know is how you keep the website looking the same no matter what size monitor you use or how big your browser is set ie minimized etc. It loks fine on my PC but not on others.

I dont want to start adding things to it until i can get this sorted

check it out: www.littlewoodracing.co.uk

That is an impressive site, it works great here too.

2004: So far this season I have won every race I have competed in and set the fastest lap in every race.

This is also impressive, well done Gav!! Keep it up.

ME - Mozilla - 15inch screen.

Its fine on mine at 1024 x 768 on a 17 inch monitor in IE Gav,
:welcome: and congrats on your success so far, I hope it continues for the rest of the season  :)

If you are worried about it not looking right on different screen resolutions then you could do as many websites do and add a line on your home page to say that its best viewed in whichever res and browser settings that you designed it to be viewed in  :)

Maybe Stormy will have some knowledge about this later  ???

Looks fine to me too.  800x600, 17", Mozilla 1.6, Windows XP Home.

Now we've all had a look at your site, hopefully you'll stick around ours for a bit, and have some fun!

Nice one Gav looks Ok on IE 17inch NEC LCD 1280x1024. Keep up the results. Could do with another top British rider.
