Title: Looking for a program

Evening all  :)

I'm trying to scan a document and convert it to a word doc so i can edit it easily
I'm sure textbridge used to do this but it seems to not want to  :(
Does anyone know of any programs that will do this for me  ???

Hiya Greeny,
