Title: Help!! Again!!!

I have just upgraded to ntl broadband which is great. Last wekk i had a virus and had been hijacked and thanks to you guys the copmuter is ok now BUT i have EZ firewall and i can't watch trailers because it is saying i have no flash and when i download it it wont!!!
Whats going on???
Also some pictures won't show on the screen!!

Post by: Simon on May 06, 2004, 20:31: Remind us again which browser you are using, Mechelle? I don't think the firewall should stop Flash animations if you have it (Flash) installed correctly. :-\

I am using IE and have had no trouble before, On your message before there is a space where a picture should be, which is the other problem i am having!!

Post by: Simon on May 07, 2004, 14:35: Sounds like either Flash Player is not installed properly, or you've got the wrong version, Mechelle. There's also a version for Netscape, Mozilla, etc.

Give this one (http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&P2_Platform=Win32&P3_Browser_Version=MSIE) a try and let us know how you get on.
