Do you mean chkdsk or scandisk Jon? AFAIK chkdsk doesn't create a log. The 98 / me version of scandisk creates a file called scandisk.log (use start|find to find it) and the 2000/xp version either writes to the event log or creates a scandisk.log somewhere ???
