Title: Lost Floppy
Post by: TR on October 13, 2004, 12:11
Lost me floppy (A)drive..I'm sure it was there last week  ;D

looked in Bios its enabled, looked in Device manager it sees a legacy floppy controller, looked in Everest  doesnt see it anywhere....weird goins on huh.

Any advice would be appreciated, although its brand new do you think I should get another just in case  ;D

I assume that you have checked the cables are connected the right way round, although usually with floppy drives if the ribbon cable is in wrong the light stays on continually  ???
