Title: Spell Check Problem with WordPerfect

Hi,

In Windows 2000 using WP9, which spellcheck is done checking a document and I try to close the spell checker, WP locks/freezes.

Any suggestions? :-\

I cant find anything specific to why the spellchecker is causing this problem sorry  :(
Have you tried uninstalling word and reinstalling it in case its got a corrupted file  ???

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with Word Perfect, but hopefully one of our techies will be able to help you soon.  In the meantime, have you tried re-installing WP, if that's possible?

I've actually installed and reinstalled WP twice with no success.  But, I think I may have found a way around the problem.  After spell checker is finished, it asks if I want to close spell check.  I choose no, and spell check stays open, but with another place to close at the bottom of the screen.  I click close at that point and it goes back to my document.

Not the most efficient, but better than freezing up, I guess.
