ive tried adding a site to the "trusted sites" section of IE but still keeps on going back to the same window!...sigh!!!...wats happening here?????!!! >:(

If someone has been into Tools/Internet Options/Content and enabled the Content Advisor the only way to disable it would be to have admin status and probably the password that was set when it was enabled unfortunately :(
You may be able to uninstall IE and reinstall it ???

It may also be a case of browser hijacking. Suggest you run Ad Aware, Spybot, and then Hijack This, to see if there's anything which obviously shouldn't be there. If you haven't a clue what the HJT list means, save the log and post it on here, then someone (Dack) ;D will look at it for you.

Spybot S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/)
