Does anyone know of a good voice recognition package which will type reasonably accurately? I know that they weren't all that good years ago but presumably they have improved by now?

I know only about "Dragon Naturally Speaking".
It might be what you're asking for.

I can certainly recommend DNS, in fact I am using it now!
I started a couple of weeks ago with pretty poor and recognition but now I must be up to 95%.
I have version 6 Preferred.

I know it's six weeks down the line from when you last received a post regarding the subject of voice recognition software. But I'll state the same the same NaturallySpeaking Dragon version seven takes a little practice and training but I'm finding it very useful indeed I would therefore highly recommend the above package.

Thanks Paul, it was actually one of Mrs Clive's students who was looking for this and that's what he eventually bought. Apparantly he has found it to be a huge success. :D
