Title: 5.1 problem

hey all
just bought 5.1 with a 5.1 sound card but i cant get it working. iv plugged all the correct coloured leads into the right coloured holes but it doesnt work  :(  any ideas  :?:  :evil:

Control Panel > Sound, Speech and Audio Devices > Change Speaker Settings > Advanced.  Make sure it is set to 5.1.   :)
