Title: 1/0 bootdisk format
Post by: Reno on April 28, 2005, 20:12
I remember sandra talking about the boot disk that formatted over every sector of the hd with 1/0s. Do you remember talking about that sandra? I ran across a partician thats doing some rather suspicious things.

I use Seagates Disc Wizard Bob but most drive manufacturers have similar utilities on their websites.
The Seagate one seems to work with all the different drives I have tried for zero filling but will only do the extra functions on seagate drives  :)

It looks like you can make a bootable floppy or CD image of the program now, handy for some of the newer pcs that are coming out without a floppy drive
