I don't get these sites like winmx and kaaza (but not those) that are charging from £3.00 to £25.00 a month to download songs and suchlike and they say it is legal. Surely it can be illegal.
Surely these sites are just like winmx or kazaa or torrents and its up to you to be legal about it?

its legal cause they pay money to the copyright holders.
-
is it really?
so you can pay say £10 a month and download 1000 songs a week and that would cover paying all the copywrites? When to download a single is 75p + on other sites
-
well i think there must be a limit on to how many songs you can download or bandwidth usage. For them to be legal there is no other way.
Do you have any particular aservice in mind?
-
aparently there is no limit, its MP3downloading.com the page you need to look at on there website about the legalities you can't see until you've joined! LOL
