Title: ATI radeon 7000 compatibility
Post by: peruvianpisco on September 30, 2005, 20:58
Hi, i got a new motherboard with AGP, Asrock P4i45GV, with win98 it froze at the Windows logo, i upgrated to winXP and it freezes with the cursor in black screen when it is close to enter...i`ve got this problem with my ATI 7000 64Mb tv-out graphic card  some time ago with an ASUS 8751 (i forgot, both mobos with celeron 2,26ghz), and it worked when i upgrated to winXP because it froze too with win98, but with this one i got no that luck, i am using the onboard VGA  :(
Why if is there an AGP slot it  doesn`t support it fine? what can i do?
Thank you

You didn't say, so I have to ask, have you actually installed the drivers for the AGP card?
