I can connect to hotmail but when I click on mail I get an error---
 one of the library files needed to run this app is damaged--
 msimg32.dll
I have downloaded a new version but still get same message
Any help please?

Are you running 98 or ME by any chance ?

Apparently that dll is part pf later operating systems and not included with 98 or ME.

Try replacing the the copy in your C:\WINDOWS\System folder with this one and hopefully that should sort it :
