I didnt know that Zappa was dead
No wonder I hadnt heard any of his stuff lately :(

Sadly yes Sandra. One of my all time favourites. I wouldn't have put you down as a fan.

I never got into Frank Zappa at all. There were a number of conspicous ommisions, namely Bon Scott (AC/DC) 1980, Brian Connolly (Sweet) 1997, and Phil Lynott (Thin Lizzy) 1986, and there are probably others I could think of missing from that list.

There wasnt much music I didnt like from the 60s up to the late 70s Clive.
I think apart from one or two really good songs from the punk era, the majority were crap, that was when music went downhill :(

Elvis Presley????... I don't remember him curling his toes.
He certainly did. When they found him slumped on the loo that day, all the witnesses commented that the first thing they'd noticed was how curled his toes were. Apparently the strain was too much for his heart; and his pedicure.

Surely I can't be the only one to have noticed the remarkable resemblence of Clive to a Buddy Holly with 50 more years on him. Dead, indeed. It's time we were told the truth. 8)
