Title: SyncToy: the smart way to copy files

I quite often sync my files, normally between my mac and my linux box and I have various linux scripts to do this, nice and simple really. I was thinking about doing the same windows to linux and wondered how and then I came acorss this interesting tool on the windowsxp pages: LINK (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/prophoto/synctoy.mspx)

oh I realised you need to install the micos**te validator s**te to use that, so you could just use: LINK (http://www.allwaysync.com/freeware.html)
