I use that site regularly.
Another way to avoid 0870 numbers is to look for the advice for those calling from abroad, which on utility bills is usually on the back. The number given is a normal geographical number prefixed with the international dialing code (44). Replace the international code with a zero and then dial the rest of the number as normal.
