I think that may be for the fortunate few Bob as it may prove too expensive to treat the masses.  I understand there is a pill coming out quite soon which will reverse this terrible disease.

Yes, we do Bob.  But with so many new treatments becoming available many health authorities are refusing to pay for the most expensive medicines or cures.

The new stuff is always the most expensive. The more people use it the cheaper the procedures will become.
