Title: Disposable Email Addresses
Post by: Rodders on January 10, 2007, 14:41
Whether you want an email address that only has a lifespan of 10 minutes, or just have the attention span of a goldfish, 10 Minute Mail (http://10minutemail.com/10MinuteMail/index.html) could be just what you need.  It's ideal when registering with a website that might abuse your address.  Just don't make any plans for the future.

That's a brilliant idea and I can see a lot of uses for it.  The only problem is how do you access it to retrieve any validation code you might be sent?

Just register and then send yourself a message.  There are very few moving parts.   ;)

Or you could try Spamgourmet.  I've used it for years, never change my email address and yet get no spam at all.

umm still a very interesting concept... I just have a couple of gmail accounts that people can abuse as much as they like, the spam never finds me on those ones
