Is there any way to record to hard disc a video stream downloaded from the internet

This site will let you save them if you enter the url for the video that you want saving.

It saves it as an FLV file so you probably need something to convert it to a different format if you want to play it back on something other than your PC.

Thank you Sandra, I was really trying to find out if it was possible to download and save using Windows Media player
