Title: How can I format my HD ?

If Windows can't complete it ,I want to replace XP Pro with Media Center .

Restart the computer with your windows xp cd inside the tray. It will give you the option of formatting when you install.

You have to set the bios for the first boot device to be the CD though then do as Bob says  :)
