After four months of ............... I haven't done any exercise, and as I don't drink, consuming lots of chocolate, ice cream and anything else that has sugar in it, I need to lose a few pounds. Just walking up to the library this morning almost killed me.

The older you get, the easier it is to put on weight, and the harder it is to lose it.  >:(

Amen to that, MB. The meds don't help much in my case either, but the real issue is that I have an appetite for a much taller person.  ;D
