No, no, no, no, no, no, Vicar of Dibley was probably one of the only sitcoms to even raise a smile out of me in recent years.  They did have some good characters, and it was well written.  :)

I was surprised that the Brittas Empire only ranked 47.  However, it was always going to be difficult to place the top 10 in any particular order.  Very embarrassingly, it was only very recently that I realised that Trigger in Only Fools and Horses is played by the same actor as Owen in Vicar of Dibley.   :blush:

Before I even clicked on the Link I just knew Fools and Horses would be number one.  I thought it was one of the best.

I would have put faulty towers further up the ladder.
