My clock at the bottom right hand side of your desktop has change the time, it has done this a few times in the past month at first I didn't take much notice but now this must be the 3rd time it has happend any ideas anyone please :dunno:

Right click the clock, then select 'Adjust Date/Time', then go to the Time Zone tab and check that it's set to GMT (Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London), and that the box is ticked to automatically adjust for daylight saving. Then go to the Internet Time tab, and check that the box is ticked to automatically synchronise with an Internet time server. Mine is set to time.windows.com. Come back to us if that doesn't cure things. :)

It's possible that you need to fit a new CMOS battery, Kaz, but try what Simon says for now.
It's also possible to get apps which will synchronise much more frequently than Windows does itself.
