Do you want to know what each application is, that is running on your system?
THIS (http://www.greatis.com/regrun3atyouroption.htm) site provides info on just about all the applications that work on your system, giving you info that you can use to decide if it is worth keeping running, or if it is dangerous to keep running...
BUT as always be aware that disabling an application, may render a program, or your system unstable ... check very carefully first before doing the deed ;)
