What happened?

Oh, I was trying to get the hard drives out to remove the jumpers that Steve was on about at your place, and ham fisted as usual, I pulled one of the SATA connectors out, and forgot about the little clip at the side, so the terminal came out with it, off the mobo.  Tried to get the bit of plastic back on over the tiny little pins, but no hope, so I'm down to five SATA terminals, but luckily I only need 3 at the moment.

My trouble is impatience.  If it won't move, brute force takes over, and I end up breaking it.  I do it all the time, and never learn.  :(

i know that feeling.. that's why I generally only mess around with software, the worst that can happen is a broken keyboard - always hard trying to explain what happened to our system admin... the last one was "I dropped my (very light) laptop on it"
