Title: linux os doesn't boot on my system

i really need linux on my pc i'm tired of windows....i've tried ubuntu, mandriva, sabayon etc.can anyone help.... :thumbs:

Hi Tim,

i could do with a bit more info... like versions you have tried, bit more detail about your machine (ram, cpu, graphics card)... what you have tried todo with the machines. Let me know and I'm sure we can get you on your way with it...
