Title: Photobucket, server error.

Does anyone else use photobucket, I have been trying to upload a photo for ages and it keeps getting to 8%, then Server error. Michael tells me that it's them and there is nothing I can do.

Is there another free one like photobucket I can use in the mean time.  :dunno:

I've never used these, but a couple of ideas: http://www.webshots.com/, http://www.picturetrail.com/

the later one wins in my book as it has sexy young ladies on the front page (well it does at the moment)

I've just tried to log on to Photobucket and been met with an instruction to type in my old password and change it immediately to a new one due to a security breach.  Having done this, I now have full access to my album.

Gill, the same thing happened to me, but it wouldn't accept the change of password that I tried (several times), so I clicked on "no thanks". I can access my Albums, but I can't upload?

i have a flick account but I generally dont think of it like photobucket... flickr is where I post my pics, photobucket is where I put other peoples images :-D

Thanks Sam, I did download picasaweb, but I couldn't work how to use it, so I have gone with PictureTrail. So far good.

And http://www.tinypic.ws/  Censorship on photobucket is quite draconian - even for quite mild cartoons such as we post here.

Thanks Clive, yes Photobucket deleted a couple of mine, remember "find the apricot". And a picture of a can of nuts, "Tuff Nuts", how silly is that.  ::)

Photobucket is now uploading properly, what a difference a day makes. (love that song)

I use photobucket, Misty, and find it ok but then I'm not into dirty pictures.  ;)

Ahhh, the frog. I remembered the frog but not Imageshack, thanks Lona.  :thumbs:

I like Photobucket, it's easy to use, a must for me.  ;)   ;D
