Is it possible, or does anyone know of a utility, to control the starting order of startup programs? All I want is to have my calender as the last thing to start, so that any reminder windows appear on top of other windows, and I don't miss them.

Could you select 'always on top' in its properties?

I might be being thick, but I don't see how, Rik. :dunno:

Excellent find, thanks Clive, I think that will do just the job. :thumb:

Some apps have the ability to select an 'always on top' option, so they will always be visible.

I don't think Sunbird does, Rik, but Clive's app works a treat, once I'd persuaded F-Secure to allow it. Curiously, it installed on my Vista machine with no challenges from F-Secure at all.

That's Vista for you. :)

Not sure whether to take that as good or bad, Rik! ;)
