David Dimbleby is to miss chairing BBC One's Question Time for the first time in more than 15 years after being injured in a "minor farming accident".
The 71-year-old was loading a bullock onto a trailer at his farm in Sussex when it reared, resulting in the presenter being briefly knocked out.

at 71 should he really be playing with bullocks?
-
Well, if you can, why not? He might think twice now though. :)x

I wonder who'll step in?
-
John Humphrys.
-
Shame, I thought Jeremy Paxman would be far more entertaining.
-
Or Jeremy Vine. :)

I don't rate David Dimbleby at all. I have never understood why Auntie insists on using him for elections or royal funerals.

I wonder who they'll use for his?
-
His brother? ;)
-
I thought he was dead already!

No, just moved to ITV. Similar, though. Tom Fleming has the best voice for this sort of stuff.

Does he cough a lot? :scoot:
-
Dimblebey doesn't warrant a state funeral!!! Does he...? :bawl:

I think it's a prerequisite that you're dead, Clive. ;)
