That's all well and good, Clive, but the majority of ISPs are based on BT services and using the wildly inaccurate BT line checker to arrive at their figures.

Yes, that's the point.  Why doesn't the government get a grip on BT?   :dunno:

Because Ofcom like to look after BT, rather than the customer.  :(

Indeed. The regulators behave just like the Govt departments they supposedly replaced. :sigh:
