I'm amazed there haven't been significant collisions.

Most of the debris is quite small but travelling at 18,000 mph even a grain of sand would penetrate the ISS.  The problem is that the situation is getting worse all the time.

big giant lasers needed. Oh and vacuums in space... no power required  :crazy:
