Title: streaks in pictures..
Post by: sharon159 on April 19, 2010, 01:32
I have  a Brother MFC-490cw printer. Pictures always came out fine, now there are light colored streaks through the whole picture, anyone know what is wrong? I did just recently add all new ink, but..I bought them off  the internet, genaric brand too. Used them before and no problems..
Thanks..

Streaks usually mean that the cartridges need re aligning or the heads need cleaning.
If you go into printer properties then maintainence you should find options for both.
