It looks like Microsoft is getting ready to debut a brand new slogan.
According to Engadget, the company showed off a new three-word motto at the Microsoft Global Exchange (MGX) last week, along with a short teaser (see video below).
Microsoft's new tagline (confirmed by Microsoft spokesman Lou Gellos, according to Chris Pirillo): "Be what's next."

I like the Fred Wedlock story about a lad who created a super effective household cleanser. He went to his boss and suggested it be called the Best Universal Grit, Grime and Effluence Remover. He even had a slogan ready: "If Daz won't whiten it and Flash won't scour it, BUGGER it!"
His boss smiled and said he didn't think the world was quite ready for that marketing campaign, to which the lad replied that he had come up with an alternative name: the Finest Universal Cleanser Known.
