I get the impression there are a few Pink Floyd fans on this forum. They might find it worthwhile visiting http://radioarchive.cc/index.php to download The Story of Pink Floyd - Wished You'd Been Here (http://radioarchive.cc/torrents-details.php?id=9570).

Thanks Gill. :thumb:

Brave man, Rik :D . Actually, the merits of Pink Floyd completely elude me, but I know there's some people here who like them and they did sell quite a few records so they must have something going for them.

Nice album covers? ;)

It looks like you have to register to download the torrent, and I've already got several Pink Floyd documentaries on DVD, so I doubt there will be anything new there to make it worthwhile, but thanks anyway, Gill.
I didn't get into PF till quite late, and the early 'spacy' stuff did nothing for me, but Dark Side of the Moon, and Wish You Were Here are both stunning works, which everyone who likes good music should have in their collection.

Care to define good music? ;)

Well written, well played, well recorded, imaginative, creative, original... If you've not heard Shine On You Crazy Diamond, you've missed out on a great piece of music.
-
But we each like different forms of music, and consider them great...
-
But we also share opinions on some...
-
True. It would be interesting to map overlaps and divergences.

It's well worth registering with that site, Simon. I regularly download very entertaining and informative radio broadcasts from it and listen to them on my iPod.
