Title: Security firms blast Microsoft for free antivirus offer

Apparently some security firms seem to have a problem with Microsoft's free anti-virus software. They think customers would much prefer to pay them for their anti-virus software.

It was bound to happen. They'll just have to write some more viruses that only their products can remove.

Sour grapes I fear. If the Security Companies made their products less expensive, there would be more people buying them.

I guess it could be argued that some of them are free...  but I don't think Trend Micro and Panda Security are.
