Title: My nephew has forgotten his password for his Laptop Vista Home Premimum!

Anyone any idea how to either retrieve it or replace it?

Hi Jim, :hny:

I don't use Vista myself, but apparently, entering Safe Mode and logging in as Administrator will enable going to the user account area and he can then change the password on the problem account.
