Microsoft is lining up a record equaling 17 security bulletins, nine rated critical and eight classified as important, as part of the April edition of its regular monthly Patch Tuesday updates.

Strangely, I was dumped 17 patches on my XP Pro only last week.   :dunno:  Perhaps I was a guinea pig?
