Title: Illegal Filesharing Court Action

It comes to something when a judge publicly condemns a fellow lawyer for being amateurish, slipshod and bringing the legal profession into disrepute.  As if the profession isn't already disreputable enough!  Yet that's just what has happened in a major case about illegal filesharing (http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2011/apr/19/acs-law-solicitor-filesharing-claims).

The whole thing was a shambles.  Greedy lawyers trying to make a fast buck.
