Title: Enjoying The River
Post by: Rodders on September 08, 2011, 22:58
Before summer leaves us behind for another year, I thought you might enjoy this relaxing clip of motor-boating (http://youtu.be/29vbm3p2j4M) to remind us of lazy afternoons on the riverbank.

Bloody hell!  How do they get the steering to be so precise?  Hard to believe that's on water.

I wonder how they remember where to go?

I wonder how they remember where to go?

It looked pretty random to me, maybe they just had to get as quickly as possible from A to B.

Also reminded me of the Norfolk Broads  :)x

Last time I went on the Norfolk Broads I crashed my hired motorboat into some damn fool yacht which was stupid enough to sail across my path.   ;D

First time I ever went on the Broads, I found myself in the middle of a sailing regatta one Sunday morning. Fair made me sweat trying to ensure I hit every boat equally hard. ;D

I expected the Broads to be much bigger than they were!  And lots more pubs - I think we could only find one!
